Using Jigsaw, you can get students to work together and make your lessons more student centered. Use this technique for anything from vocabulary and definitions to guided notes and pieces of the unit you are teaching. In this session you will participate in a jigsaw activity as the “student”, learn how to create a jigsaw for your specific needs, and take time to plan a jigsaw for a lesson you will teach the first few weeks back to school.
